External Pelvic Floor follow-up includes a discussion of previous results, symptom changes, and health in general. Treatment occurs though clothing, to low back, hips, abdominals, and hip flexors. Followed by retraining and exercises. Please wear loose/athletic-type clothing. 

30 mins is the length of your follow-up treatment; 60 mins adds a 30 min massage after your pelvic floor treatment; 90 mins includes a 60 min massage after your pelvic floor follow-up.
