New Patients - Massage Therapy Treatment

Treatment duration includes assessment, if necessary, with 30 minute recovery for therapist

Returning Patient - Massage Therapy Treatment

Choose your duration. Includes 30 minute cleaning time/recovery for therapist. Please add a note of how many weeks you will be at the time of your appointment. This allows me to properly set up for you, so you are most comfortable.

Prenatal Massage Therapy - Returning Patients

External Pelvic Floor Initial assessment(45 mins) includes a discussion of pelvic health and function, symptoms, and health in general. Treatment occurs though clothing, to low back, hips, abdominals, and hip flexors. Followed by retraining and exercises. Please wear loose/athletic-type clothing. 

75 mins is the Pelvic Floor Initial listed above + 30 minute massage directly afterwards.
105 mins is the Pelvic Floor Initial listed above + 60 minute massage directly afterwards.

External Pelvic Floor Initial Assessment

External Pelvic Floor follow-up includes a discussion of previous results, symptom changes, and health in general. Treatment occurs though clothing, to low back, hips, abdominals, and hip flexors. Followed by retraining and exercises. Please wear loose/athletic-type clothing. 

30 mins is the length of your follow-up treatment; 60 mins adds a 30 min massage after your pelvic floor treatment; 90 mins includes a 60 min massage after your pelvic floor follow-up.
